Loving yourself can be really hard for some people. It takes time! It doesn't happen overnight! Maybe while it's happening we can have relationships with nice people who can facilitate the change? Just a thought.

You can't expect to feel different after trying it once. You have to keep looking in the mirror and learning to accept and like yourself over and over everyday. It takes time. Don't look at your flaws or focus on anything you don't like. Only focus on things do do like and after a while you will start to like everything else about yourself too and build your confidence.
