I'll never think the English police are wankers again - they're angels compared to that lot! Plus you can't drink - on NYE! What's that about? It was worth it in the end though... :)
I came over from London for this... and absolutely loved it, despite the best efforts of the NYPD to ruin it for us! I have to say, the police there have a real attitude problem - after waiting with my family for 6 hours in the same spot, I needed to go to the bathroom, and it took some serious blagging for them to let me back in...
