Let me clear this up for you: The snipers were not from the Task Force 141, like the Seals in the gulag mission or in the oil rigs mission, they belong to other army branch, the snipers are probably from the Army's special forces. Shepherd knew they were there, they were under Shepherd's orders, why? Cause he was the general! The snipers were probably extracted before, or even killed. And that's why Sheperd didn't kill Sandman too, he was Delta, not a TF141 member in the King Fish.

This couldve happened, but in the beginning of that mission ghost says "Why do we have to wear these fire proof vests?" Also, i think i figured out who ghost it in mw3. When you are on the mission in england, the guy whos leading your squad is ghost. Listen carefully to his voice, exactly the same.

Ghost could survive seeing as he was shot in the chest however the torching of their bodies would not kill ghost seeing as he was wearing a fireproof suit under his body armor, you'll have that answered if you listen very closely in the beginning of loose ends. So there is a 15% approx chance of ghost surviving and hes one lucky s.o.b. so he may yet be seen again.

@DarthVader15100 They all are dead, Snipers[i not 100% sure] did mention about not beaing able to assist for a litle while, so Im guessing they got out, got killed or were a part of Shepheards men, TF141 was made especially for taking down Makarov, now that Shepheard had evidence against him, he could get his Commander Status back that he lost in cod4 and become a war hero, of course TF141 wouldnt let that happen, so he betrays them,But dunno why the fuck i wrote this o_O
