facebook CAN block people from chat! all you have to do is go to the chat settings. And google plus isnt working very well- it has many glitches and the chat doesnt work

Outdated, they got rid of the circles feature.

@trackleft1 I don't have eather Cicrle option, I've just Settings and Sing out, can anybody help me, does anyone knows what's the problem? Thanks. :)
