  • @404redone Just got out of urgent care trying that. The huge chain snapped and threw the vice part of the tool 150ft away. 

  • This is a special chain that uses diamond grit to grind the pipe away. The chains do tend to run a bit looser than a typical wood chainsaw. This is because of the weight of the chain and the drive teeth. If it is too tight it will bind.

    Is the chain supposed to be really loose in this process?

    Are the teeth carbide?
