  • I'm a singer with asthma; I'm wondering if this would help clear my lungs?

Would this hurt my vocal cords?

    Thank you .

  • @rovingdesertfox I don't think it may do any harm to you, especially what I do (just let the body do what it needs), but I'm not a specialist.. what i feel it does is unblocking me - on many levels. Good to meditate after too.. good luck!

  • @vidutola Thank you very much. I think if I push the breath past the vocal cords to the palate above, it will not hurt my vocal cords. I have done it some and it works very well. Thank you again for a great video. Make many more!!!

  • @rovingdesertfox yes it would if you do jokes like she but if u just breath then no harm whatever:)

  • Very cool. How did that make you feel?

  • @JeffDangerous

wonderfull.. feeling of letting go and being naturally guided. in the beggining i used to be a bit worried when my body did some strange bends, but now I trust it and myself. . I simply recommed everybody to try whatever exercises (or dance better!) with intention of the body taking over...

  • scary for me lol

  • @madej1858 might look like, but it "does" only what is needed for me. i've learned to let go and enjoy. best if i meditate just after. take care!

  • Thanks very much for your video response, I enjoyed it, felt your energy very strongly. Felt it was a balance to my fire, like yours was water, yin and yang. I understand about the lighting.

    Nathan
