From your map, it's categorized under Special Intervention(B) specifying a timeframe of 25 yrs for it to either accede or reject the BJE thru plebiscite like the other areas in question.

What does the MOA-AD have to do with this revenue source? Isn't this copper deposit found in Tampakan, Southern Cotabato? outside the BJE of ARMM where the 75:25 arrangement is to take effect?

Unless of course, Bangsamoro claims the province of South Cotabato and the region of Soccsksargen as part of ARMM. Again there's the issue of territory. Bangsamoro IS ONLY the 5 ARMM provinces and both sides should recognize this.

The Tampakan Copper-Gold Project is actually within the limits of Tampakan, South Cotabato found in the northwestern edge of the prov. that borders the town of Columbio in Sultan Kudarat in the north, Malalag in Davao del Sur to the east and Malungon in Sarangani to the southeast at least 20 kms from Datu Paglas, Maguindanao (ARMM border).
