Sweetwater actually gave me a lot of respect for Amy Jo Johnson's acting abilty.

There are some actors that never shake off their childhood projects. Amy completely threw Power Rangers off of her shoulders when she did this film. Just my opinion of course.

And she does have a great voice, even if I prefer hearing the original Nancy Nevins.

I played this album a lot as an early album rock DJ, the Orange Freak, in Tampa, Florida as the first main DJ for the Underground Railroad in the late 1960's. I saw Sweetwater live and they were ethereal and highly skilled musicians with a very sexy Nancy Nevins in lead. Unfortunately, THIS version does not feature the voice of Nancy Nevins.

I saw the made for t.v. version of Sweetwater,

I spent a lot of time at Sweetwater shows in South Florida in the late 60s/early70s. They were a great live band. They rocked the Miami Jai Ali Fronton, Lockhart Stadium and other places. Greeat live band!!

Great video, but that vid effect got pretty old, it would have been a lot better without it, or just added in a few times cause it took away from the video.

It added a lot having Amy Jo singing, made it seem more from Kim's POV, and nice focus. Good work.
