F22 is the best fighter ever. In one vs. one situation. I think J10 stand no chance. However, war is won by many factors. So better equipment doesn't necessary mean victory. History already proved that.

Right now, F22 is the only 4th generation fighter at service. J10 is between 3rd and 3.5 generation. But we see China is catching up very fast. The main target for PLA now is Taiwan, not U.S. Wanna see China vs. U.S.? Get ready for nuclear winter first!
