thanks for the info, how much when you bought it? I went to walmart they don't have this anymore, instead they have the Triace with a carbon fork sells for 399$ I don't know if that is a good deal, any idea, i've been wanting to buy a road bike it's been a month still I haven't bought one because I don't know what's a good deal any suggestion please
Yea I saw that new bike on walmart.com which is where I bought the Corsa, umm If I were you I would try to buy a corsa when its available because its the best bargain for the money. Also, you have the option of buying from Ebay or from Craigslist. But you wont find a deal as good as the corsa for a NEW bike with all the nice components. The shifters on the Corsa (shimano 105) are worth 200 bucks alone.
It weighs in about 20 lbs, but this of coarse is not a constant weight, all the bikes do not come at a constant weight, one might be 20 while another is 19
Question for you! I notice that they now have a full carbon frame for $1,500 and there is one on ebay, having had the bike for a few months, what do you think about??? I've read there are problems with the seat post did you experience that.
The Bike is fine, the seat post is rather generic as my brother bought a $ 300 dollar mountain bike from costco that has a similar post (ZOOM) as mine.
That being said, if you do not have confidence on the post just buy a carbon/composite post. Or just use another aluminum post of your choice, its not that expensive to change it. The bike itself is very fast, this is coming from a guy that has ridden nothing but mountain bikes.
Let me rephrase that, the bike is very light and when I ride it hard I go very fast. If you have the money to buy the full carbon Corsa model, by all means do it. If I had that money I would buy a carbon bike, but I don't.
yep, I noticed that typo, I meant carbon fork, which is kick ass btw, the styling on the carbon weave is killer, nice touch. First piece of carbon I have bought and I want more. Instead of buying carbon components, I am going to save up an buy a full carbon bike later down the road. I love carbon.
