You can do this quicker. At around 5:00 minutes in, you can walk on to the small roof right next to you. Drop Dougherty onto the roof with the R2 button. Grab him again, then edge onto the small light fixture. Drop down again and you're done.

this level is very easy cause most of the cia guards you just have to ignore and slowly, sneak past them trust me it'll work so if i were you, you should restart that level from the beginning

at the part aroun 2.20 as he shot the guard with the taser, he could jump down to, the guy is ko in both ways, but you alway need a taser
