  • Where is Messina ?

  • @phocat23 at the top of upstate new york near the canadian border. 90 miles from watertown.

  • Cool you found some treasure!

  • you need oil for that weel i had found better things then your stuff

  • i oiled it a few days later!! people i know kept on saying to oil the darn thing! a friend gave me some oil..not sqeaky anymore

  • since you will not have it anny more try the last week of the month pop buy garge sales when over for left overs go to you flea market people leave good stuff or just ask them most will not want to carry it back home and a trailer on the back of the car is your mans best friend

  • know those secrets too! LOL

  • @johnswackyworld How do you pick trash during the day? It would seem weird if someone were to see you?

  • @videodude4 i dont care....its treasure hunting...something i enjoyed.

  • @videodude4 I myself am starting to get the "bug" I am starting to check dumpsters and what is behind groceries. But I am not sure if this is the place to start. You never know what you might find and that is what makes it interesting and props to your video too.

  • Cool john, i liked this! :)

  • thank you@

  • i think a bike is better

  • not when your bringing home tons of treasure!

  • dude..your garbage hunting is shit.we go evety couple of nights..you dont find shit ....we live in an old person town and they throw away sooooo much good shit..and that wheel barrel you found???we would drug it with the gator...our shit is way more bad ass than yours.!!!!!!!

  • lucky you!

  • oh, so boring, John. Is it all about you or showing off the seedier side of Massena? Pretty sad. What is sadder is that the town is paying $80,000 for this so called clean up. What is creepier is all the trucks going around picking up stuff at night. And most disgusting is people who let their dogs relieve themselves on items people will touch when they pick up stuff. Did anyone mention Swine flu??

  • boring? I've been doing this for a long time. i've saved alot of history from this for the museum. I'm just showing the "other side" people don't see of the spring pick up days. no seedier sides here. the massena clean up days has been one of the best services for the community for the taxpayers. I have friends who would agree with me on it. its not a waste of money. the "garbage pickers" shouldnt be put down. poor people get furniture and other things they need. swine flu? I clean everything

  • I love doing this and looking for treasures! Anything from the 50's are doing quite well right now. My 8 y.o. son walked home the other day with a really old chair. So, he loves this too.

  • Hay that would be awesome. I wish I was able to go there and shop threw all the great things that are left out. This video was very cool. I hope you have a great Day. God bless you and your family.

  • yes, your missing out on all the good bargains! one week left of spring clean up days! oh....if i had a truck..oh my goodness!! i would have too much!

  • John is the Master Garbologist!!!

  • yes, i sure am~ i found liquor bottles last night..don't know if i should drink it or not..its awful old..

  • I got hungry at 1:29 because that place looks like an all-you-can-eat Asian place here in southern Illinois.

At 2:28 the dog was pissed because he KNEW you were making off with primo stuff, stuff; stuff that if they'd tried to sell would've gotten it some soft "Goodie Treats."

The "Holy Water" and liquor is just TOO great; I don't dare Comment for fear of Deletion,.lol.

  • I'm sad it rained; for the Witch pastel ( at 3:06 ) would've been MINE, ALL MINE, and have perished in the moisture-- how dumb can someone BE to throw THAT out !?!

LONG LIVE the blue and green "Mason" (and other brand) canning jars.

  • its amazing what can be found on massena spring clean up days...somebody once tore down half a house and placed it to the road..the village didnt like that..they had to make new rules.

  • all the dogs were barking with my squeaky wheel barrel

  • Wow...look at all that crap ! what do you do with all that shit John ? I bet riley would like that dice light ! hahahahaha good vid

  • i clean it up, resell it for a profit on ebay. what i dont sell -- the books go to the public library and other things not sold to the st. vincent depaul -- or i give them as gifts to people after cleaning and sorting.

  • Interesting video!!!
