maan learn the story behind it before you post stuff guys. he was enchanted through voodoo by the maid that worked for gene's family-reflecting how she was treated by them. i went on the key west ghost tour yesterday night and my guide said when you ask to take his picture, he of course wont say yes or no and he most likely wont make movement. you just need to be nice to him and have a positive attitude and he'll come out on film. he likes kids btw, lol.

Robert was the inspiration for Chucky. This doll really took over Gene Otto's life even into adulthood. His wife hated Robert because Gene often set a place for Robert at dinner and had a rocking chair place near the bed that Gene and his wife slept in. I guess Gene had no choice, he had to keep Robert happy. Just seeing Robert's blank face is creepy enough. As Gene often told his parents when thing ended up broken "ROBERT DID IT!"

@carlstss i was a local to key west and when i was there for art camp (the museum was used for an art camp) they took us to MEET robert the doll they even told us the sad story :( but anyway they said if you DIDNT ask to film, take a picture, or anythin like that he would haunt you but they never told us how he says yes or no....they also said that people write him letters saying to take the curse away...it got so scary one girl ran out of the room!!! also sorry if u already heard this from vid
