It's quit simple: all you do is go onto an offline server (i.e. local or system link) and then hold down LB, RB, down on d-pad, crouch, and jump all at the same time for about 2-3 seconds. Bungie really wanted to piss people off with this when they made Halo 3, so you might need to use you chin or bottom lip or something to reach some of the buttons. It'll be easy if your controller doesn't suck like mine. Good luck machinimaking!
