  • Get yourself a airbrush if you want to weather. any single action with a propellant can will net you surprising results...

  • those atlas switches seem to do that a lot, its frustrating, they used to secure the points with rivets but now a days they use that plastic bar and it sometimes is trouble.

  • I have a small layout rughly 7 * 4 i have a 4-8-4 up niagra, atsf f3 steamlined passenger and a gp38-2 or f7 a-b freight also atsf

  • i like the csx loco its a nice one.

    i just got into ho scale trains i thing they are the best.

  • its what makes the train or car look rusty

  • I have an Athearn D&H PA1 too, but the D&H never had PB1's. I pretty much pieced mine together over time, some one gave me a shell, then I went hunting at train shows for the frame & etc.

  • With Atlas switches, you just have to push the loose rail back in.

  • Weathering takes time, a have been weathering 4 a year, and still have alot 2 learn, not bad thow.
