I have a Pumpkin.... and i painted it orange at one time! It's currently gloss black and undergoing a re-build. Soon to be flat black, i'll paint the chrome gloss black and get some new chrome wheels for it. It's got a Tamiya Technigold 540 in it, really flies along!!
I know it's a ford truck, but I'm a chevy guy, so I painted it Chevy Orange with an extra can of Chevy motor paint.. Its definitely the best truck ever. Countless hours of fun as a child.. I still smile and laugh every time it cranks a wheelie. Thanks for viewing, & Glad you enjoyed it!!
its funny ecause the wheelie bar is useless against it. if you full throttle it just flips onto its roof, and wheelies from half throttle, you will need to cva shox though as when the front comes dwn the truck is going so fast the front end of the body hits the tyres if you run standard shox.
It totally hammers. I love it. I use it in between tanks while my nitro truck cools down. I put a different motor in it. I don't even know how many turns cause the motor is like 15 years old.. The packaging was all faded. I think maybe 17 turns. Any more will blow the tranny to pieces. Other than that, I have ball bearings on the fron wheels which hardly made any difference. And an ESC. Get good batteries too. When I put the 3600 NiMh packs in there it really flies!!
ive got the same 1 as that but am sure its not as fast as that how u get it so fast!!! am rebuilding mine as the last time i had it out i bust a wheel burnt the resistor out along with the motor and almost broke the wishbone!!!

IT's totally a ford, but it is painted chevy orange.
I used a couple of spare cans of chevy orange engine block paint for the paint job..

used to have a trinity midnight motor in mine and filled the rear tyres with sand wheelied forever and ploughedthrough every thing

dude.. the tranny is indestructable! i run a novak ss5800 (8.5 turn) brushless.. still works ok!!
