    You can do better!

    Start with the "Master Cleanse" fast for 10 days while you research and relearn eating habbits. After the fast swich into a whole foods diet! I've already lost about 20 pounds in 25 days, and this isn't dangerious weight loss. By changing your diet you can drop alot of weight, because you learn to eat right and give the body what it needs.
