Well I know for certain that the body can survive what people say is not possible.

I myself falled 7 meters down on broken glass and didn't get a scratch well to be honest I got a little scratch on my elbow. Well I only eat once a day. goes to the toilet once per 2 days Sleep 4-6 hours. Never work out and the doctors say I'm all fine just go up a kilo or so and you'll be fine. Well I don't ignore reality and go meditating all the time but I do not move very much.
