What an idiot. So many people fell for this lie and now they have lost all their money and some are homeless. Renting has been the smart choice for years.
the reason people don't save anything is because they have to use all of their income to live since wages and benefits have been dropping off since 1970.. 2 income households are the norm to live if one gets sick or is laid off the household is in deep trouble..having more than one job for lots of people is becoming common.. the only people that save are the upper middle class and wealthy. the banks don't care if u r a nice guy..
