I have been going to a movement specialist for 2.5 years now, they have no idea what this is. I live on the west coast so unfortunately I can't travel to the east coast for this:(
Have you seen a movement disorder specialist? Not sure whether you can travel, but Mayo Clinic in Rochester is excellent - one of my patients was referred there with impressive outcome.
It probablt is Tourette's syndrome. :-(
