@BrutalEST96 Yes it is gangs and i think the hugest one is the C.V. which it stands for Comando Vermelho = Red Command.But for sure they are well armed.They have from small arms pistols,shotguns and i dont know what else to submachineguns like uzi till the extend of assault rifles like M-16, AK-47 and stuffs.In some videos i saw some thugs carry even an M-14 carbine! I mean you cant find those weapons just that easy! So yes,they are considered as militia.The same goes for the somalians!
