  • wow man nice car! bet its fast as shit lol really like it looks great and nice looking rims i have fr500 rims on my stang and i just got a x-pype for it yesterday gonna post a vid of it after its done and great looking buick 2 man lookin like its brand new!

  • @TheDylan222222 Thanks a lot, I appreciate it. To tell you the truth after I just watched this video I realized that it kinda sucks! hahaha seriously, I just got a much better video camera and I'm going to take a much better video of it tomorrow or Monday..The X-Pipe is awesome, that's what I'm using too and I'm sure the fr500 rims look great on it too.

  • @TheDylan222222 yah the fr500 rims set it off im going to make a vid after i put the x-pype on u can check it out if u want i cant wait 2 hear what it sounds like

  • Thanks Vinny. Here in north Louisiana there is no performance shops.I think your rite though and I am not too far from Dallas and believe I will trailor that way to have dyno tuned.I will let you know what comes of it in the next few weeks and what was the cause of the no boost issue.

  • Doesn't build any boost under throttle.I have checked everything and have found no leaks.Could this be a bad bypass valve?I am lost as to what could cause this problem. What rpm range should I see boost?Boost retard module has an adjustment but not sure how to set that.I have the standard inlet pipe and standard black plastic discharge pipe both secured and have no leaks there either. Thanks for the reply back.

  • @jbrad062077 I have a lot of ideas on what it "may be," but honestly, I'd rather not give you bad or wrong advice, sending you on a wild goose chase. What I could highly recommend at this point is to 1st make sure that the Air/Fuel pressure is where it belongs "to avoid serious detonation problems." and take it over to a Performance Shop ASAP to let them go over everything with the right equiptment. Also, most of the Mustang Forums are helpful, but there is nothing smarter than a good shop.

  • @jbrad062077 Yeah, I know what you mean. There aren't any great shops for my car close to me either, but something is definitely not right if everything is set up right and it's just not boosting. Better that you have a professional go over it all once, fix the problem, and tune the cpu and car now, before something catastrophic happens and all of your work and money was for nothing. :-/

  • Quick question Vinny.I have this same supercharger and I drove it yesterday and was seeing no boost.Vacuum gauge reads about 15 and will drop slightly under acceleration.Gauge never drops to zero even under hard throttle and never even goes near the boost side.I have checked for leaks with no success.Shouldn't I be seeing some type of boost?Any help or suggestion would be great.

  • @jbrad062077 When you're not on the throttle you will always be in Vacume "Under Zero," it'll never be exactly on Zero. Are you saying that when you hit the gas you don't boost at all?? If that's the case there is def. something wrong or disconnected. Do you have your Boost Regulator turned alll the way down?

  • Thanks for the info man I hope to have a video up soon for you to check out. Thanks for replying back.

  • @jbrad062077 Yeah that would be cool, you should definitely post a video. It doesn't even have to be an action vid. let's just see what you're working with and what your set-up looks like. :)

  • Nice car Vinny!I just installed same supercharger on my 95.Have you had the car tuned yet?I have been scared to even drive mine for fear of tearing the engine up.I have cranked it and let it idle but have not given it any throttle.

  • @jbrad062077 Hello, thanks. I had the CPU Flash Tuned. I really wouldn't worry about driving your car before having it tuned. Of course it'll run better with the tune, but this Supercharger was made specifically for your stock engine. Plus, you have the Boost Retard, right? If so you could just set the boost to run around 3psi until you have it tuned. But, I really don't see any problems. Good Luck! :)

  • I didn't see what size pulley you have on the SC. If it's the 2.95 and 7inch combo. Then with stock heads and cam you be about 340-350 to the wheels.

They are fun to play around with, but those damn tires are getting expensive.

  • Hey, it's a stock pulley, I'm pretty sure 6-rib. The Cam and Heads are stock right now but I ordered GT-40X Heads recently; not going to install them until I get the new cam and other internals. 350hp is exactly what the Mustang shop told me with my set-up so you obviously know your Mustangs.

  • Nice looking setup!

  • Thanks a lot. It's no Pro Street car but it's A LOT of fun to drive and mess around with.

  • that is beautiful! i like all the customs and loud exaust. i want a stang. wat is your best 0-60, 0-100 time?

  • Hey, thanks.. I'm not positive of the 0-60 times because I have a 3:73. gear ratio but haven't recalibrated the speedo to match yet so the Speedo is always reading slightly off. I could tell you that it's NOT slow. haha

  • thanks. check out my vids. i got mustangs and a lot more.

  • I checked out your profile, cool videos. I'm seriously thinking about putting a Navigator Engine into my Mustang.. Either that or a turnkey 347 Stroker that I could still bolt my Supercharger onto.

  • cool. does it gotta be from a navi. because the expo's, navi's, f-150's got the 5.4L in them.

  • wow... nice...

  • Tough Car ;D u lookin how many HP this car have ?

    P.S. Great RIMS :D

  • I'm not sure I haven't had it dyno'd yet but AT LEAST 100hp over stock.

  • I think over 200HP

  • lol yeah, it's actually well over 300.
