New Toy XPS

@edudzzaj Thank you very much yes its very fast , and I have put 7 on this machine the one to your right on the vid HP Slimline. The only game I play is Sims and that on another machine you can see way behind me on the dinning table behind the sofa in the main room , Have a nice day :o)tm

I got a new desk top. And it's a dell and I have Vista too. Don't know all the tech stuff. But it has 6 mg and 500 or something other stuff. And it has a face diction which is way cool. And when my screen saver is running its a slide show of my pic's and clips. And the clips play. So cool !!!!

And we did they wireless stuff so they could set it up in my kitchen for me. Now I don't have to do 2 flights of stairs to get to my computer. Anyway all fun stuff.

That sounds like a nice machine , Im not using my XPS at all , I have been playing with it as far as the face recognition to get on and Blue Tooth so I dont have to type But this desktop is the one I use the most and ill use the old Laptop on the boat , The XPS has already taken its place on the desk and of course my old desktop I just use for playing sims , Thanks Cherri :o)tm

Hi Shawn Im having a hard time getting it to our resolution without having a third of the screen go black on each side and the letters are still to small for me to read So I turned it off , and Ill read the book in the morning , Windows 7 is great I installed it on this unit last tour off its very fast. Woo Hoo! I have the 16" It's been a great laptop so far. Play with the cam and the voice effects. they are so fun!

The only thing I must warn you about though...You will be frustrated with how you can't keep all the shiny black clean. I have a keyboard cover and an art decal covering the whole top...And I still go crazy with all the finger prints on he palm rest! ;-)

But,,,wait till you play a movie on it. Best screen ever!!

Ha ha ! I finally turned the face recognition off. It doesn't like the low lighting in my livingroom ;-) Another hint...if you use it on your lap, you'll want a laptop cooler. It get's very hot!
