ok lee>sasuke in taijitsu and neji>lee all sasuke has is taijutsu basically sure he has fire breath moves and chidori but kaiten would easily block both those and yes i do believe chidori would peirce thru kaiten but the thing with kaiten is it parries the blow not just a block like gaaras sand ball. so its like a tornado you try to aim for the middle and youd get pushed to the side missing neji completely neji would without a doubt win this fight pre time skip
