Hey epic. You've always inspired me to learn some new flips and train harder but i've skateboarded for 15 plus years before getting into parkour/freerunnning. Ive have had some knee problems(no surgery or anything, just pain and weakness) because of it. Did yours originate from tricking? and do you know any good conditioning exercises to make it stronger for tricking or any drills that help with being light on your feet?

Go to that gym... see if they have OPEN GYMS.... and attend those... and start learning, and makign friends, and get them involved in what you do... be OPEN TO TEACHING THEM... that'll draw them closer when they see their own potential. Then get a job, and in time start traveling... call urselves a name, and promote ur videos and urselves professionally.
