I love the way the kids complied and said "Oops, mommy's a ditz!" Plus the mean mommy voice. I paid attention, and even *I* got scared, so that was effective.

My goal is to do one day of ab stuff per week. I've got a disability and don't want to injure my back, so I'm starting slow, but I also eat good to offset exercise "lack"

My goal is to get up early on Tuesday & Thursday work out for 30 mins and work out 30 mins those nights... Then i will work out once a day for 3 days a week.
i am triyng to WALK alot!! i try and walk every day...even when im hungover! cause ill admit i DO like to drink on the weekends...and yes i know alot of calories...but im young and i think that in the long run it will interfere..but walking! ALOT is my goal!! :D
Oooh my dad has a pedometer I borrow it when I go to the track lol. I sooo need to walk more though, I just need to get out more, I've been sitting inside most of the time but I'm still doing exercise. It's getting hot out though and i hate hot weather so I don't usually go out :( My goals are to do Turbo Jam every day :D
@becomingalady it really depends on the lighting. My hair is basically red and blonde right now.

@roadolive indoor is just as good IMO. I have tybo, walking, and yoga tapes that i turn to when I can't get to the gym or outside.
