you know how the trunk in the Austin mini goes under the rear seat, why don't they do this with this car and put the engine in there?

that way you could put the front seats farther forwards and get more room in the back :)

the reason that Smaller cars are big demand because the Price on newer cars are continuing to climb up and up and most people can't afford newer cars, so there making the car as cheap as it can to replace Clunkers, and Junk cars.

I have debated in a Prius, but this may benefit me and others more. I just hope they don't charge a fortune with it. When I saw a ''Smart for 2'' I thought it was something I wanted. I felt it was too much for a car of that size. Then again, being that it's a Mercedes product you would have to pay some serious dough for it. Thanks for sharing.

I personally love the Smart (my dad has one) but this... well it looks like some1 took a smart and tried to rice it out.

These cars are great if you live in the city, however, even thought the smart is actually a smooth ride even at interstate speeds, it just feels unsafe, and i can't see how this will be any different.

Well, yeah it is kind of ricey. But thats kind of how Scion is, I mean look at how they sell their cars. "Customized autos", I would imagine something like this coming from Scion.... They all have four cylinder engines I think, basically econocars that look fancy.

for people who live in the city, these micro cars are great. You're generally going to spend less than a half hour inside the car doing erands. I think it's when you are doing longer trips when you want to think about getting something a little more roomy. I'd buy one. Have a Yaris right now
