This was filmed by a child (my daughter), she was filming all her parents friends in the scooter club they belong to.
Her parents - (I'm her mother), have been going to the IOW scooter rally's since 1981, so no, it's not a film to encourage others to visit the rally!

V poor. If this is an attempt to encourage people to vist IOW scooter rally then is sadly lacking. Ten points though for getting lady in bikini shorts. ps need to film ride out
