@heartlessvietboy dodge is naturally aspirated dude. and less power per displacement can mean less strain on the engine and more reliability. so an engine that makes that power with less effort and has better torque and horsepower across the rpm range is gonna be the better engine. that 2.0 isnt gonna last as long, its not gonna have the greatest power at all rpms, its not gona be as fun to drive. simply put - muscle rules.

why get so excited.. its just a car. Its based on the Chrysler C300 which in many cases were produced in china. So you get 400 hp in a car that handles like a fishing boat. But I guess thats what you want in a "muscle car" ? I know for a fact this thing would be lapped easily with a cheaper Lotus Elise with a third of the horse power. The Elise looks waaay better aswell.

The looks are fantastic, and a closer resemblance to the original, unlike the next Camaro, which looks way too modern. At any rate, I think it's ridiculous that a 6.1 liter engine only puts out 425 HP. The Mustang Shelby GT500 has a smaller engine and puts out 500 HP, and costs about the same. This car obviously relies on looks and notoriety to gain sales, because compared to other cars in the price range, it doesn't offer much muscle.

OK. I have a 94 Mustang convertible with 174,000 miles on it. It's a 6 cylinder and never coould go 140 mph, but, it can still do 120. And I sure as hell wasn't LAUGHING at 425 HP (way more than my car has!) but I merely compared it to another car with similar performance and price range, and exclaimed some disappointment. Can you truly argue with the comparison and conclusion I drew? Really? NOOOOOOPE!

actually this challenger was also built to handle it's got a bilstein suspension and a 5 link suspension in the rear. so not only will it kick your pansy euro asses on the straights but on turns as well

You must take price into consideration before making comparisons. 425 ponies for 40k is quite impressive. It uses premium brembo breaks and has a relatively high quality uphostry inside. The agressive styling is also very unique of this vehicle.
