  • Very nice!

  • I absolutely agree with your thoughts about energy. It is very important to make your products with the most positive energy, thats why I listen to music when I a making soap. They kids sound like they are having a blast!! Can't wait to see the results when you cut the soap.

  • @kayajourney Usually I have the music blasting singing along like I'm Whitney Houston or something :D Since the kiddie-koos were home, I didn't want to drown out their TV program. It kept them out of my way, lol.

  • I so enjoyed watching you make your soap. Tiggy was right! You were SO in the zone. It was quite evident, lol. And the results are gorgeous. I love your textured top method. I've had a few bottles of Stout in the fridge for ages for soap. You've inspired me to get them out and use them :o)

  • @valhallasoapco Yes, use them! You're going to LOVE the lather :D

  • I really enjoyed watcing you make this soap Kia. It turned out so nice. I love the texture to the top.

  • The oatmeal stout beer soap is awesome!!!! I got a sample of it in my last order :-) My husband loves it :-)

  • Lovely, yummo

  • I could watch you make soap all day, so relaxing!

  • great soap.... I have a question, do you let the soap set a bit before you do the textured top or do you do it right after you finish pouring... I want to make the textured top too, but I found mine end up more flat than raised like yours... Beautiful soap though

  • @sweetsudsations It depends on how thick it is when I pour. But a thicker batter is always better when trying to texture (IMO)

  • @sweetsudsations

Thanks for the info... I'm going to try my luck at it again tomorrow.... Hopefuly I can get some nice textures.

  • I love seeing how you peak your soaps. So lovely.

  • I love to see your creations!!! I had to watch it twice to write down the name of the fragrance. Can't wait to see when you cut it.

  • ha! you were soooo in the zone making this. i could feel everything with you then....right down to the sprinkling of the oatmeal at the end. we'd make a good twosome team! x brilliant kia x

  • @TheFutureprim Totally in the zone! That's why I can't even talk while I do it. ABSOLUTELY we'd would!! If ever we're fortunate enough to travel over to the UK, I'm going to have someTea & Crumpets and then look you up so we can make some soap :D

  • Very nice! I have this FO from BB and need to try it out soon. Your soap looks great! :)

  • @ashleyandlee Thanks :D It's a fantastic scent, you won't regret it!

  • I love when I watch the soapmakers on YT making soap because most of the time no one wears gloves or even goggles or glasses! I am still new to soapmaking and of course all the books say wear gloves, goggles, long sleeves, pants and shoes. LOL!

  • @sheridan1887 It really is good advise to wear all of that. It really is. They're good safety precautions. When I first started, I use to even tuck my sleeves into the gloves! But, I've been doing this long enough now that I know what works for me :0)

  • Its so relaxing watching your vids! Your soaps always look great!!

  • looks beautiful!

  • I love watching your vids and the way you do your tops. Love your work. Glad to hear your in much better spirits today. Soap on!
