vert doesn't even come into it. he is TUCKING HIS LEGS WHEN HE JUMPS! vert means standing sdtill, straight up. no gather step. this vid was a waste of time.

I can jump up to my heart's height when my legs are warmed up. But I'm a light dude(Underweight on health chart), so I think I have it easy.

The highest I got is slightly below my collar height. But I can't dunk a damn basketball. (Not that basketball is my sport)
somehow people I know, who's about the same height as me but couldn't jump higher than their heart, can dunk but I couldn't... pisses me off greatly.
