I just found out today that BBW porn star April Flores, aka Fatty D had her Facebook group taken down.

And now, looking at the Violet Blue blog post I linked to above, as well as twitter(dot)com/porn_harms , we see that DianaBoston has involved herself. Figures. That this radical-socialist-lesbian-sepa­ratist-or-whatever is now carrying water for someone from the Family Research Council is an irony not lost on me.

Of course I agree that actually porn should be out of the reach of children, but if what I am seeing is the correct 'justifications', then there are plenty of easier ways for children to access it. This unfortunately does appear to be sour grapes.

And as it turns out, this "objectionable" link in question was a spam message! I find the whole idea of taking sites down for what they link to, much less if they link to a site that links to a site, to be pretty fucking weak to put it mildly. (Uh oh, I said a bad word!)

The link in the first facebook post found in the first link of google caches provided in your description is to pornographic images. There are no age requirements, no way of stopping a young child from clicking on that and being forced to see porn. We did not report your page, but are very happy that such easy access to porn has been restricted by Facebook.

First, I'm not able to find the link that you've described.

Second, you're saying that if somebody can trace a chain of links back to a page with adult content, that should be enough for a page to be flagged down? So how about when Gail Dines mentions Gagfactor(dot)com? All one has to do is put that into the address bar and you've linked to some very extreme imagery.

Also, I don't appreciate the thinly-veiled threat you make regarding my supposed chain of links to adult content. Do you really want to play that way? I can certainly find *plenty* of such link chains at anti-porn sites, and graphic descriptions through people like Gail Dines. You *do not* want to open this Pandora's Box.

Political speech is no reason to take down a FB page. AntiPornographyBlog was one of the first people I encountered in this area of discussion. Not happy. They are pro censorship. For sure. I assume the group was not private.

This has happened to a few other people and orgs I know of. Now I know a bit more about the specifics. Thanks.

I really REALLY wish I could get over what the bitch (yes bitch) did to the REAL Violet Blue. (How she took her money and left her and kids damn near penniless). If it was anyone else who made that group and it got flagged I would most definitely rally behind them. But, no, not that fucking impostor (I refuse to refer to her as Violet Blue).
