  • I really liked your video, best I've seen in a long time, very well explained, I'm writing down the ingreients I'll need to make this later in the week. My son works in a place that distributes chiken, so he can get all the chicken he wants, so I'm always looking for new receipes.Thx.

  • I just tried this recipe and I gotta say its very quick and easy to make. Note that I'm a university student who can barely use a knife. Oh not to mention that it's also delicious!...although I could not find the sun dried tomatoes in the super market near my place but it's still great.

  • way too long , make your videos shorter.

  • Basil! It's 'baz-ill', not 'bay-zil' . If it had an 'e' (baseill) you could pronounce it with a capital 'A' but it does not!

    Americans..

  • *Fresh Eeeeeerrrrbbbbbbbs* is he a stoner?????

  • Chef Brian is a broccoli eating BITCH! WHAT A BIIITCH!

  • Great quick meal!

  • I love it without the sundried tomatoes, with a bit of cheese, and it is lovely!

  • I bite and subscribe.

  • Check Out My "How to make pasta with broccoli" video. And other cool cooking videos!

  • i just made this shit at home n it was good .....but without the sun dried tomatoes

    Good Job,,

    DO MOre Pasta

  • Wow! That was so easy and it tastes sooooooo good! Thank you, Brian! I'd never tried working with dry sundried tomatoes so I got to learn how to use them. The basil gave it this really "fresh from the garden" taste that I think really made it all work. I served it with a small green salad, fresh Italian bread, and white wine, (I served pinot grigio).

  • Excellent Video! You're the SHIT!

  • Thanks, Brian. I decided on this to make for dinner for 12 tonight. I'm braising my frozen chicken breasts in stock first, then cutting them and sauteeing. Your recipe saved the day.

I enjoyed just watching you, too.

  • Looks delicious!. I usually make this dish with spinich instead of broccoli, but now you're given me reason to try it out. Thanks!.... :)

  • Yummy!

  • Chef Brian, Thanks for sharing this recipe. I cooked it for dinner tonight. It was simple to prepare and tasted delicious. I decided to marinate my chicken in McCormick's Tomato, Basil, and Garlic Grill Mates marinade for 24 hours prior to cooking. It helped to further enhance the taste of the pasta. I look forward to trying out more of your dishes. Take care!

  • You did a good instructional "How To" with that dish! I was ready to start making it. :) Thanks for doing the video and your cameraperson did a great job as well. Just subscribed and look forward to more recipes.

  • Hot damn my friend I see why you use the jarred garlic, you would get a sore wrist from processing all those cloves! =)

I just stumbled upon this video but I find you a very captivating host. I can't quite put my finger on it but... jump cuts, camera remote in hand manual edits with deer in headlights facial expression, high pitched voice, HUGE basil, wasting chicken, prepackaged ingredients, blonde streak of hair.

Do not be offended, I like your style and am a new fan. Subscription incoming!

  • Nice. Food looks good but....

Its pasta not Parstra...and Basil not Baysaul!

  • ...and its Parmesan (zan!) not parmejon!

  • Thanks for sharing the video, i will try the recipe today...(:)

  • Thanks .That was very well explained .Expect more fine recipes from u .

  • Sure thing ;-)

More in the coming days ...

  • I am going to do this one next week. I'm glad you're puting these on video. It'll be so easy to set up the laptop in the kitchen, pause and follow along. I'm getting better at cooking; this is really going to help me.

  • Hey LindaSue ;-)

That is great, glad your enjoying them.

    Chef Brian

  • looks heavenly! i appreciate you showing the sun dried tomatoes, never used them before 'cause i wasn't sure what to do with them! ;)

oh, and was that with the wireless mic?

  • Hey Robin,

Yea that was the wireless, works like a charm and the audio is much improved ;-) Had some issues with editing since it only one channel, but once I got it figured out it was all good ;-)

    Brian

  • That looked good - I think I will try it this week.

Good job on the video & good tips too.

  • I like adding in the tips I have learned over the years, glad you like them as well.

    Chef Brian

  • I love this you are my first cooking youtuber-this is awesome...by the way can you do a chocolate dessert video? something exotic/highly classy? you are the man that looks delicious!

  • Well ... I would like to thank you for the kind compliments ;-)

About the dessert ... not really my thing. That would be "pastry chef Brian".

Of course I could try to do some old school french stuff. I have an idea ;-) Give me some time and sooner or later I will share a dessert I enjoy.

    Chef Brian

  • Just a quick question. I've always just thrown away my water that I've rehydrated my tomatoes in. Can it be saved and used to flavor something, or is it not pallatable?

  • I would pass myself, is it palatable ... sure. Probably does not taste the best though.

    Brian

  • another awesome dish Brian.

    nice flipping also!!

see ya in the next one,
