The game changes depending upon your actions, you can even be sent the entirely other direction and not get to the same places. For instance I've seen that bear in the hut some videos back be lying on the table with its guts out, instead of standing in the corner.

I tried to get the perv ending but it got me the "happiest" ending. This game profiles you in ways I don't understand.

To get the Sleeze and Sirens ending just make sure that when you answer the doctors questions or tests answer in the most sexual way you can think of. Also stare a lot at the pin ups of girls pictures, maniquines, when talking to women if possible zoom in on their breasts etc.

I got it very easily by doing that. Also make sure you don't try to be a drunk at all to make it easier.
