@dragons2k100 Dude u can't compare that with horseshoes !First,there's a passion in flair cuz u don't go through all these hours of training just for the hell of it, and second of it is a marketable skill=>NSJ for Midori : as soon as they signed him=TV ads. Plus all the big brands are making contests which attract a lot of bartenders like myself, cuz leading brands don't really give a shit about u buying 1 bottle a month, but about bars buying 5 or 6 bottles a DAY: that's where the market is !

yeah yeah I know about centrifugal force, but whenever I try to flip a less than half empty bottle of water it goes everywhere, so possibly the design of the bottle helps too?

it´s more a problem of the movment that you wrist and hand put into it so what I woul recomend it that you get a GLASS bottle (obviously your gonna practice on a grass field or somthing like that) and put a 2 oz pourer on it. fill the bottle up with about 3 to 5 oz max to begin and start practicing. As you get better and as you begin to not spill anything, you can start to fill the bottle up and befor you know it you´ll be thorwing half full bottles as if they where empty
