There is no "call points" to call the conductor from each wagon like in France ? That's don't looks very safe... here if any door is open, the train will break automatically (except if security bypass is enabled (in case of maintenance, etc)) (That was the reason of my last big train retard... there was a door problem, and the train wasn't able to move for many hours until the problem was fixed...)

the doors arn't exactly automated. the conductor can stand at one panel and open all the doors on the train or just one of them.
