  • Alinea and Achatz are at the pinnacle of dining in America, if not the world, I would work as a dishwasher without ever breaking or chipping a plate or glass, let alone leave a waterspot on any conveyance. I would work everyday for 18 hours and only accept pay for 8 just to be in the same kitchen as the talented chefs at Alinea

  • this is a serious question. does he turn a profit at this place?

  • amazing that so much work goes into devoloping one dish out a huge menu, and then the guest still has to do so much to assemble it, thats a lot of thinking

  • Exquisite, like everything at Alinea. I've been fortunate enough to have this course twice and it was incredible. The interactive nature of this course ads the slightest touch of drama and fun.

    But I can see Achatz try to push the par of the cutting edge to another level again.
