I'm using gimp and when i try, it will not work. It just keeps going in directions it wants to go......What do I do?

@Abigail8877 could try very very slightly dampening gimp and stretching overnight ? spray really lightly (or just kind of rub it through with wet/damp hands) hang it up with a weight at the bottom. might work, try a little piece first ?
