Hi Dom, ive been working out quite a lot lately and have built up the base for muscle and am just wondering what the best exercises are to get the Y shape at the bottom of the abs in the hips? much appreciated.
Hey Dom I know you've said before that you tend to use more body weight workouts than free weights, but I was just wondering do you have a set day where you work a particular muscle group (ex: Mondays Biceps and triceps, Tuesdays back and shoulders, ect) or is every day pretty much a full body day for you?

I like to follow combined routines like 2 days a week strength training with weights, such as squats, deadlift and bench press, bodyweight circuit training 2 days a week, and sports such as football or martial arts training 2 days a week. I just love doing different sports!!! What kind of training do you do? What is your goal at the moment?

@Alberigo121 I think creatine is great is you are STRENGTH TRAINING, meaning doing heavy exercises less than 6 reps. It can make the muscles hold on to more water giving them the appearance of being larger without actually being bigger, as you guys know I like to stay lean and ripped all year round so I do not use creatine throughout the year, I may cycle it for a 8 week period now and then to experiment...
