but when i actually asked for a reading i was told a few things to change in order not to get wiped out any more. now i eat a BIG MEAL b4 i do readings ...that was thee biggest thing for me. i dont have that old heavy feeling any more now i feel ...same afterward.

it is to protect you from others energy. keep you in ur body while you may be in meditation, readings, healings, or just if you need to CALM DOWN AT WORK. baloon, vault, tree<<me, anyting that you can put your spirit in to protect it. i incase myself in a 600 ft tall redwood tree-i sit in it and let my soul go talk to the angles. when im done i sit back in my body and unground myself. tho i try to stay LIGHTLY grounded all the time, just not as much as when i do readings or if i get upset.
and SINCE YOU KNOW ME SOOO WELL... you would know that this is the FIRST TIME IN MY ENTIRE 47 YEARS I HAVE EVER STARTED CHARGING FOR READINGS AND HEALINGS...but you know me so you knew that huh? and ...i only charge 50 bucks ...so unlike my other sisters and brothers that charge 2-500 for a 1hr reading. but you knew that too i am sure.
