  • When I found this song the first time- it was after I wrote spiritually and described myself as the totara tree. A lady in Canada sent me to it. It was so powerfully strong I cried. I have loved it ever since. I lost my son to murder six years ago and it reminds me of my life with him. The pain I feel in this song touches my pain and the depth it reaches is healing. Thank you to the writer of this song and to the singers who touched me at soul level

  • Wow.... loved this song when i was younger. 20years ago during our student exchange it became the anthem for the small group of maori kids.. it had a way of taking our hearts home to our whanau... wonderful.... thanks a heap for posting it xxxx

  • Kia ora 4 this song i remember this from when i was younger from the 1st time i herd it i loved it and still do. Every nw and then it pops up in my head and i start singing and now i can let my kids hear it.
