  • spawn, superman and batman ? correct !!!!!!!! = D

  • WHAT GOING ON HERE is this plugin for 3d max ??????

  • like to see this on xbox3600 LAG LAG LAG!!!!!!!

  • Yet. We have Batman AA. With his billowing cape.

    Stupid niggers don't know anything.

  • I lold

  • are you kidding me, why would cloth physics lag the 360

  • not so great

  • Halo 3 uses Havok.

  • oh....

  • fuking noob

  • fuking nerd

  • Excuse me?

  • wow some people are really mean for no reason.

  • Bungie DOES use havok you fucking dumbass, can't you read?

    We're mean because you're stupid.

  • Okay so I was mistaken. Regardless of the fact that Halo uses Havoc, the Xbox couldn't handle this waste of processing power and still keep the normal Halo 3 game running fine

  • Cloth physics have been around since the beginning of PS2 (the headband in MGS2, for example). They don't use that much processing power, you're not reaching any worthwhile conclusions here...

  • it is made from a sopule of polygons, thta doen't make it very real. let's see when we'll see fully reacting clothes.

  • Now lets see it with a dozen guys running around wearing capes. This doesn't look like anything special compared to the Ageia cloth demos from years ago that'll run fine in software mode.

  • Meh, not exactly new technology but at least Havok is going beyond rigid bodies and very minor spring edges.

  • I'm waiting to see destructible cloth from havok.

  • @Argoon1981 use physX and your wishes are granted :p

  • I think, maybe, the pont of this vid is the fact that the cloth isnt going through is body.. the cape is reacting based on his movements as well as when it gets in contact with his arms or legs. I'm not sure gravity is th issue. I've never seen anything like this in games, this is a beaitiful improvement for reality in games.

  • i agree. just to show that it has no holes in gameplay

  • cool but I think the gravity acceleration is too slow, it looks like it's on slow motion

  • true

  • Yeah, but that seems like it happens a lot with lots of physics engines, at least ones I see a lot.

  • @SANNAFABICH It's to show off the effect. You would tone it down when you put it in game.
