Pride in these cars is no different than pride in any other car. Funny thing is these cars got more bang for your buck than most of the more popular cars stock to stock. Unfortunately the engine mods are hard to come across and there are not many to choose from. I had to fabricate cus when I got mine there were no mods available at all.

Lol, You dont physically take it out, you have to actually raise the limiter, to 280+mph, its the only way. It can only be done with an Aftermarket Tuner or Dyno Tune, therefor making it no longer stock.

Pride in these cars is no different than pride in any other car. Funny thing is these cars got more bang for your buck than most of the more popular cars stock to stock. Unfortunately the engine mods are hard to come across and there are not many to choose from. I had to fabricate cus when I got mine there were no mods available at all.

The 3500 is a new 3400, so You can actually do a top swap from the 3500 engine taking all the advantages.
The 3800 swap is near pointless, expensive and overated.
After 350hp both engines would need to be opened up anyway for stronger internals.

love the gagt's man, totaled my 99 SE and got a 2000 GAGT, its got the ram air. Only does 141 mph....ONLY!! and that stock. my old one is on cardomain....ac122345

how exactly did you hit 141 mph in a stock ga when the gt limiter is set at 125 mph and the se limiter is at 108?

Lol, You dont physically take it out, you have to actually raise the limiter, to 280+mph, its the only way. It can only be done with an Aftermarket Tuner or Dyno Tune, therefor making it no longer stock.

i love grand am's, i used to have a custom turbo'd 96 2.4 but it got totaled by a drunk driver. but i got another 96 as a winter beater so my new car never has to see snow, Supra's FTW

yes, got a few more mods since then, the suspension was redone with KYB and lowered with Sprint 1.6 f/r, nice air intake, fender decals, and a few more...

thanks man...yes the silver one has a carbon fiber hood and trunk.the one with the ram air hood looks black in the dark but is actually painted chamelion.
