As that whoever, I can assure you that the audio was not altered to slight Mr. Doggett. He does quite well at that all on his own. I would argue that Mr. Doggett honors himself and his party over the Constitution and that should be readily apparent to anyone willing to take an objective view. One who believes the Constitution allows the government to coerce citizens to purchase a good or service is nothing less than delusional.
Interesting that whoever made this video doesn't want Lloyd Doggett to be fully heard. The volume is lowered as he responds to certain questions. Representative Doggett knows and honors the Constitution, but the people who are challenging him have a very limited understanding of it.
