I have played alot of diffrent mmo's 8 total.

My latest MMO was WOW i played it for 2 years with my wife, it was a really good MMO.

But i did not like everything, like the pvp it was a bit boring.

I have played Shadowbane and if you compare it with WOW pvp, wow pvp is worthless, anyway the pve was awesome !

Well after around 2 years AOC came me and my wife just had to try it !

And i can only say OMG !

Its AWESOME !

One of the best mmo's ive played :)

might look slow, but it is a lot harder than games like wow. you don't have auto hit, but you do like combos and all that stuff. it's a lot more skill based, and once you see a few good vids you will be amazed

Yes, three races: The Aquilonians (Roman/greece/spartan-like people), The Cimmerians (Viking/celtic/barbarian-like people), and The Stygians (I think thats correct, they are like Egypt-ish or something like that)...but they are actually only nationalities, but they carry LARGE differences.

I still seem to be missing how this is a titch gameplay... They didnt dodge or block once. Yah i get that they hit attack but all you have to do is hardly aim your guy at the bad guys .... Skill?? I guess...

I'd probably it's like a fighting game, only that you're limited to a right and a left attack, that deals the same ammount of damage. And if you press them in the correct order you can get differnet combos, and since this is probably as special as any other game in the entire world there will be 1 combo that is the best one, and you'll always use that one, for ever.

you always deal different damage, all after were you hit your enemy. for instance, if you have a sword or axe and swing it high enough, you might hit your enemy's head and chop it right of. but on the other hand, you can be bad at aiming your strikes, and only hit on the legs or were the armor is thickest. therefore, no combo will be the best choice always

if WoW as it is now and AOC as it will be would be released at the same time..I think AOC would win ...but since 9. million people are alreadt playing wow and 40% of em' are addicted I dont think AOC will win...but I still think it will be a heck of an opponent and still more fun ...but wow has too many players already and too many fans

The game will be around 185 square miles. thats huge anyway, since WOW+burning crusade is around 120 (I've heard)

Yeah, but it wow you end up playing in like 1, maybe 2, back and forth to instances and then BGs. This game will probably be played in the borderlands most of the time, and since you have 80 levels you'll probably have huge low levelareas that'll be useless at top level, and since you need a new every 5 levels or so. The world which you acctually play in will probably be very small.

I am going to get AoC and start playing it as soon as it comes out. This will blow World of Borcraft out of the water! Graphics and what you can do in the game. Make your own guild cities. Defend and build them from scratch. You get to actually build the cities and not just buy stuff. Have to collect wood and stone for your buildings. There are many classes. Can behead someone or pick them up and stab them in the heart. Thanks for posting this video!
