  • handsome chap that lee mavers

  • Teeth like tomb stones

  • @wewillovercomeify mate look at the singer .. its clearly lee mavers ? fukin tard

  • @wewillovercomeify what the fuck you talking about? clearly lee mavers, clearly john power on bass also, to be honest i wouldnt know about the other 2 but its clearly Lee and John

  • @wewillovercomeify

    you're kidding, aren't you?

  • i realy don't think that these can be classed as a band anymore. I mean the amount of guitraists and drummers they have had. Mike Badger formed them. Plus Lee MAvers took too much heroin in his life

  • mavers in this song looks just like lou reed

  • the dude on the blue jazzmaster looks like King Khan, anybody knows, izzat him,?

  • I have to say after 20 years the song and the band are looking well. Age has been generous to the La's

  • I was looking for that songs like 2 months! Finally I found it. It's sooo good, I listen to it non-stop.

  • I'm a massive La's fan and a BIG fan oh Lee's songwriting but this performance and quite a few from the 2005 shows is pretty ragged.I can't understand why Lee insisted that the drummer played standing up?

  • He didn't. In fact he hated it and then when that guy left they got a replacement who could only play standing up also.

  • I heard(from a reliable source)that it was Lee who insisted that the drummers play standing up.Think about it.They have a drummer who can only play standing up,he leaves and then his replacement can also only play while standing up?Quite a big coinsidence isn't it?How many drummers can you think of who can only play standing up?I don't know any.

  • The last two drummers with the La's.

  • The late Paul Hester (Crowded House)

  • Paul would play a couple of songs standing up(more for visual effect than anything)but he couldn't/didn't only play standing up.

  • Not quite true. He wouldn't play whole gigs standing up but he would play Sister Madly standing up almost every time this was played live. Also any time the band played an acoustic type show with minimal instruments, he would almost always play the entire set using his stand up kit (snare drum, small crash cymbal & brushes), stood up, in between Neil and Nick, So he absolutely could and did play standing up, no question there.

  • I can see where Noel Gallagher stole his style from ! He looks so like Mavers

  • I'm fairly sure this will not happen as I'm 3000 miles from the person I love. Why the hell do you spam that shit?

  • They got back together but there wasnt any talk of a new album. After touring they split up again

  • Lee Mathers is doing an album under the laa's name with that Bass player from Babyshambles playing with him

  • its mavers

  • who stole the drummers stool or is it skiffle chic

  • LOL the Drummer looks bored :)

  • I don't get it...I thought they split up after Mavers couldn't get the album the way he wanted it to sound? When did they get back together? And was it just for the purpose of touring again or did they record some new La's tracks?

  • they got back together for a little while to do some touring they didn't really make any new tracks

  • he's the same colour as the hulk mid change from the old tv series..scary.stay away from the brown powder from the east kids!wish they'd release some more stuff.anyone got a copy of the kitchen or crescent tapes?

  • CLASSIC !!!

  • Thanks for the video - excellent band, wished I could have seen them live
