Is taking protein shakes when you're 14 bad? I workout 4 days out of 7. The other three days I play soccer or train boxing. By the way I do 20 minutes of cardio every day i work out. I weigh 147 pounds and I am 5"10, I have 15% bodyfat.

@tavo4060 No my friend. Protein is the major functional and structural component of all the cells in your body. It helps maintain cellular integrity and function in order to rebuild tissue. As you train you will simply need more of it and protein shakes are a great source.

However, I will say that it IS BAD that you are 14 and have not yet learned how to google search for answers on your own. The world is at your fingertips my young friend. You can do it!

Yeah, 99.00 is alot for that bag. Any bag for that matter. You could buy 7 other coolers and have a whole different one for each day of the week. It is a great idea though, but just like anything new, it will be alot cheaper later on down the road when every cooler co. out there decides to produce them.
