So, there has been news that if you want your GBA ambassador games, you must be on club nintendo by OCTOBER 27TH.
I did a little reasearch, and on OCTOBER 27TH Is when there is 10 weeks left in the 2011 year! Get it? 10 weeks, 10 games. Hmm... Looks like Nintendo will release them weekly! If you do enough internet reasearch, you will see that my theory is correct.
If it's true that they're not going to release these games to the general public, then I'm am so done with EVER buying a 3DS. Why do they need to make the eShop an even bigger clusterfuck than it already is? And why do I only get the right to enjoy certain software if I buy an overprices yet underwhelming piece of hardware. Nintendo's baffling decisions are so damn frustrating these days...
@TheGameSquid I think the GBA games have no plans on being released to the general public, but the NES games will get the 3D treatment and then will be made available on the e-shop. The GBA games still have a chance to make it to the e-shop.
@Motarify I'm pretty sure they will release the NES games as remastered 3D classics. If they weren't planing to, why would they give us mario, zelda, metroid?
@Motarify I am an ambassador and they did give us a metroid game. I have it on my 3DS right now. Nintendo said themselves that they had no plans on releasing the GBA games, but i highly doubt they will do the same with the NES games. They can make A TON of money be re-releasing these games as NES 3D classics and they said that with a later updated we, as ambassadors, can get the 3D classics versions of the NES games we downloaded.

They won't make too much money, most people on the eShop buy more games like Bomber Blitz than games like The Legend of Zela II. Yet, these classics never make it on the most popular or bigger hits list.

Sony gave away some of their most successful franchises including LittleBigPlanet and Infamous. Don't get me wrong the titles that Nintendo is offering is great, but they probably won't be as enjoyable as the games Sony offered. To be honest, I don't think the younger crowd who owns a 3DS will get very exited about playing Balloon Fight or Ice Climber.

GOOD NEWS!! Any who thought Walmart selling the Nintendo 3DS for the cheaper price of $170 is true. But you can only pre-order it!!!! It's not sold in stores, only online pre order of the cheaper price, so that means no cheap gamers will get the 20 free games.

The price drop not only includes the price of the console itself alone, but, the games as well. We could be looking at $30 3DS games, or $25 3DS games, or better yet, $20 3DS GAMES. Once Star Fox 64 3D comes out we will see what price it will be when the great 12th hits the calendar.

@voro122 Well a game may be new but it won't mean its fun. Ex:If a new game with excellent graphics has a gameplay of doing your chores be fun ? Or a 20 year old game with old graphics has a good fighting gameplay? The games Nintendo are releasing may be old but it doesen't mean they're bad. Many of the GBA games may appeal to youger audiance and some of the NES games so they got 10+/20

GOOD NEWS!! Any who thought Walmart selling the Nintendo 3DS for the cheaper price of $170 is true. But you can only pre-order it!!!! It's not sold in stores, only online pre order of the cheaper price, so that means no cheap gamers will get the 20 free games.

The price drop not only includes the price of the console itself alone, but, the games as well. We could be looking at $30 3DS games, or $25 3DS games, or better yet, $20 3DS GAMES. Once Star Fox 64 3D comes out we will see what price it will be when the great 12th hits the calendar.
