I used plywood that is straight and 1 inch thick with magnets I hope it doesn't bow over time or it won't work right. It looks like there is a little bow wobble on the plywood that you used there. the magnets look like they are strong and there is distance to the coils which aren't seen.
We need to see a multimeter hooked up to this. I'm looking at this design to assist my "off the grid" homes solar. Thanks

How much current are you generating? What size magnets did you use? This looks great nice design, we are doing something similar.

the board i used was straight it was just mounted a little off kilter on the shaft.. that gives it the wobble.
