How much current are you generating? What size magnets did you use? This looks great nice design, we are doing something similar.

hey you are making some electric with this I see how much? I am trying to make one myself. I used plywood that is straight and 1 inch thick with magnets I hope it doesn't bow over time or it won't work right. It looks like there is a little bow wobble on the plywood that you used there. the magnets look like they are strong and there is distance to the coils which aren't seen.

the board i used was straight it was just mounted a little off kilter on the shaft.. that gives it the wobble.
