I agree with you about American diet needing improvement. But I think one should take into account that MOST whites(and black people for that matter) are bigger boned than Asians. Most Asians I know are NATURALLY thinner. Its not healthy for someone with a diffrent cbody makeup to force themselves to be slimmer than they should.
